Get More Out of a One-Page Month
Dated or undated? Print both, honestly
Dated calendars are brilliant until you skip a month and feel guilty about the wasted page. Undated grids solve that — print a stack of twelve, fill in the month name and numbers by hand, and a missed month costs you nothing but a blank sheet. Many planner users keep dated pages for dense seasons (school terms, project launches) and undated pages for the rest of the year. The checkbox above switches modes instantly, and the undated grid gives you six full rows of boxes so even a 31-day month that starts on a Saturday still fits.
Mark what matters before it prints
The custom label field accepts one date per line in the form 2026-11-12=Dentist 3pm. Birthdays, paydays, school holidays, bin day — anything that repeats in your head deserves ink on the page. Labels sit under the date number in small type, so keep them short. If a label ever looks cramped, switch to landscape orientation: the same grid gets cells almost twice as wide, which is also kinder to handwriting.
Print it once, print it right
Always print at “Actual size / 100%” — “Fit to page” rescales the sheet and pushes the punch marks off your rings. For ring-bound sizes the marks sit 3.2mm from the left edge; for disc-bound planners use a mushroom punch, not a round one. Printing several months at once? Use the month stepper to export each month as its own PDF, then merge or print them in one go. 有日期还是无日期？坦白说：都打

重要日子，打印前就标好
自定义标注框每行一条，格式如 2026-11-12=牙医 下午3点。生日、发薪日、学校假期、倒垃圾日——凡是脑子里反复记的事，都值得印在纸上。标注以小字显示在日期数字下方，请保持简短。如果标注显得拥挤，切换到横版：同样的格子宽度几乎翻倍，手写也更从容。
一次打印，一次到位
务必选择「实际尺寸 / 100%」——「适应页面」会缩放整张纸，让孔位偏离活页环。活页尺寸的孔位标记距左边缘 3.2mm；圆盘本请用蘑菇孔打孔器，而不是圆孔打孔器。想一次打印多个月份？用月份步进按钮逐月导出 PDF，再合并或连续打印。先打一张测试页——打印助手里有校准页——成本不过一张纸，却能救下整批内页。
